TwinTiersMenus.com welcomes and encourages our users to submit their opinions through our Restaurant Ratings, Reviews, & Requests functionality. To protect the integrity of these ratings, reviews, and requests and to provide the highest quality information to our users, we require that reviewers adhere to the following terms & conditions:

Forbidden Language
Disrespectful and/or offensive language, including any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise illegal material; Any abusive or discriminatory language on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. will be disallowed.

Noncommercial
Reviews may only be made in a noncommercial manner. Content containing advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation will be disallowed.

Privacy
Content containing personal information (names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, website URL’s, etc.) will be disallowed.  If you want to submit something on the homepage, contact cs@twintiersmenus.com

Spamming
Posting the same message repeatedly for the same or multiple restaurants or posting “off-topic” reviews will be disallowed.

Standard Text Only
Content other than standard English text, such as graphics, photos, audio, HTML, Javascript, etc. will be disallowed. CONTENT SUBMITTED IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS NOT WITHIN REASON WILL BE REMOVED.

Ratings, Reviews, and Requests submitted through this site shall be owned exclusively by TwinTiersMenus.com. TwinTiersMenus.com reserves the right to modify, translate, republish, reproduce, and/or distribute any and all content submitted to TwinTiersMenus.com

Right to Delete or Modify Posts
We reserve the right to delete or modify any review that we determine to violate any of our Terms & Conditions or general standards of good taste at any time and at our sole discretion. We strive to maintain a high level of integrity with our user-submitted content, and any submission that is determined to be disingenuous in any way, and could diminish the overall quality of our reviews, will be removed.

Right to Delete Requests
As this is considered a sales tool to help us get more restaurants on our site with full menus, we reserve the right to delete any request that we determine to violate any of our Terms & Conditions or general standards of good taste at any time and at our sole discretion.  Because we are trying to impress restaurant owners as potential clients, we will only keep positive requests.  We will not modify requests as we want owners to see the true feelings of their potential customer...You.
