This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Twin Tiers Menus website. On some pages, you can access the membership log in and register for a Twin Tiers Menus account. The types of personal information collected at this pages is:

User Name - Not your real Name
Address - Your Street Address
City - The City your Street Address resides
State - The State your City resides
We do not ask your zip code as we do not need it for driving directions
Email Address - The Email where we send corespondance too.

We only use cookies to enhance the ease of finding what you want and for internal processing to attain marketing numbers to show to restaurants that wish to sign up, or have already signed up.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when searching for locations of menus near you or placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

The information you submit on our website will not be used for any purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with Restaurants who sign up. For example, we may tell a restaurant owner that X number of individuals filled out our registration form. As any website does by default, we capture your computer's IP address.  We use the IP address for internal reporting how many times your computer has visited a certain page to restaurant owners but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in any way unrelated to the ones described above.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent Credit Card abuse or Unwated online charges, we have a great way to keep your information safe...We don't ask for it! This seems to work pretty well.  (We plan to allow you to place online orders with us in the future, but we will have the highest security on all transactions when we do)
